How do I rent the Rolling Tavern for my Event?

How much does it cost to rent Rolling Tavern?
Every event is different. Our packages can be customized according to few different things. Request a quote or price list by sending an email to info@rollingtavern.com Helpful information to include: The location & duration of the event, the number of guests attending and what package you’d like for us to serve.
What does Rolling Tavern provide?
Rolling Tavern is a fully equipped bar with 4 beer taps, wine cooler, lighting, power from quiet generators and all the necessary bartending tools. All our packages include fresh garnishes, non-alcoholic mixers, ice, ice buckets, cocktail napkins, disposable drinkware and cocktail straws.
Can I see the Rolling Tavern before I book services?
100% - We would love for you to meet us and see Rolling Tavern in person. We can schedule a time to meet at our office location
Does Rolling Tavern sell Alcohol?
No – according to North Carolina law, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. The alcohol has to be provided by the host of the event, some venues also are able to provide it for you. When you hire us to serve, we offer pre-event consultations which includes creating a shopping list so you know exactly how much alcohol is needed for your event.
Is Rolling Tavern insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and licensed, our bartenders are also insured and experienced.
How far does Rolling Tavern travel to?
We love to travel! Rolling Tavern covers up to 50 miles from our office in Smithfield. After that it’s only $1.00 per mile.
How many servers are provided per rental?
Bartenders are provided based on your guest count.
Can I hire Rolling Tavern to serve non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes! We love serving coffee, tea, fresh juices, fun mocktails and more.
Can Rolling Tavern be hired for photo shoot?
Yes!! We’d actually love that, hire us for your engagement, maternity or magazine shoots, etc. We love pictures.
Do you have a rain date policy?
Due to the events being booked in advance, we are unable to offer a rain date. However we understand sometimes emergencies happen, under certain circumstances if we have an availability in our calendar, we will try our best to work with you.
Can we hire you for an indoor event?
Yes, we do both indoor and outdoor service, many venue have space and entrance for Rolling Tavern to go right inside. We only require that our pick up truck can bring the bar inside the venue ahead of time. During our pre-event consultation we make sure we know where you would like the bar to be.
What are the measurements of the bar?
Rolling Tavern is 15ft long, 6 1/2 ft wide and 8 1/2 ft tall
